Why is there a site here anyways?

    This site is a personal site, and the name is based on my surname. It is here as a learning tool for me. A method for me to understand PHP, (X)HTML, CSS, Javascript and other tools used to get a website up and running. All the code was done with simply a text editor and a browser. I have spent many hours making sure that the code is compliant with w3c standards, and hopefully it shows. Unfortunately I am not a designer, so I also hope that the page looks pleasant to your eyes.
