ALASKA CRUISE
The vacation of our lives.
Back in November of 2005, when we were talking with Julie's parents, we all decided to take an Alaskan cruise. Over the months that followed we saved our pennies, so that we could afford this wonderful vacation. Time slipped by quickly and August came. We had to finalize our plans for the trip. Then finally the day arrived and we flew off to Alaska to meet our ship, "The Diamond Princess". We meet up with Julie's parents who had just spent a week doing a land tour of Alaska. It was a vacation we will never forget.
STARTING OUT
Welcome to Anchorage. We bused over to Whittier, where the ship was waiting for us to board. It was raining in the town of whittier. Probably one of the only times we got rain.
FIRST GLACIER
After a long trip, the next morning we woke up to Harvard Glacier, in College Fjord. What a beautiful and large glacier.
