Corey and I are going to be going on a cruise in 19 days with my parents for our 6th anniversary. We are really looking forward to it, and can't wait for it to come. While we will be gone you can view each day what we will be doing.

GEORGIAN BAY TOUR

On August 1, 2006, Corey and I set out on our adventure of the "Gerogian Bay" area. Our first stop was in Parry Sound were we went on the 30, 000 Island Tour aboard the Island Queen. This was a very nice tour, but it would have been better if it was 2 hours long instead of 3. It got kind of boring near the end. That night we stayed at Killbear Provoncial Park just outside of Parry Sound. Our site was really nice, we had a private path out the back that lead down to the water where we went swimming and watched the sun set. On August 2 we went to "Muskoka Baptist Conference" where my cousin works and they rent a cottage on the property. We went for a bike ride and a walk to see the grounds. The first night, when we were making supper, the power went out and it stayed out until 12:30. We ended up playing board games in the dark! On August 3 we went into Huntsville to go shopping, we went swimming down at the beach at MBC and after supper played games again. On August 4 we drove 6 hours to Manitoulin Island were we stayed at a Bed and Breakfast called the Garden Path. It was located in a small town called Gore Bay. We went for a walk around the town and went out to eat at the "Rocky Raccoon" restaurant. On August 5 we did the site seeing of Manitoulin Island, we went to Bridal Veil Falls and to the Cup and Saucer trail. The Cup and Saucer trail was nice but they had a really bad storm that had come in and knocked down a lot of trees and no one had come in to clean them up and it made it difficult to walk the trail. We enjoyed a refreshing swim and then read a book. When we were playing a card game outside we saw two fawns run by and then the mother stopped at one of the flower gardens and snorted and we thought we might be in trouble as we were in between her and her fawns but she turned around and went up the other side of the house. We took our bikes and went for a ride down a street to the end of the Bay. On August 6 we packed up and went to Providence Bay and went for a walk along the beach and then we took the Ferry back to Tobermory and then drove home. We had a really good time on the island and we would love to move there, but where would you work?
