MR. POP'N FRESH
When at the grocery store I decided to purchase a Pillsbury container of croissants. They remained on the counter while Corey and I ate supper. After supper Corey put the dishes in the kitchen, he noticed the the tube had popped the top. I don't know if it was so hot Mr. Pop'n fresh didn't want to stay in his tube! So, I had to make them that night instead of waiting to make them with a meal.

WHAT ELSE...
Today started out good, I went for a walk with some of the people from work. The guys were getting pretty hot so I told them we would get a drink when we got back to Day Program. I went into the kitchen and got the drinks, I reached behind and under my arm to itch and I felt something that felt like a thorn sticking me. I screamed ouch and everyone started laughing at me because it was so random that I screamed. I looked at my finger and there was a red circle. I looked around the kitchen and a saw a wasp on the wall and I tried to kill it, then everyone understood why I had screamed. My finger started to swell a bit but it hurt only a little bit. After dinner I went out to purchase something for work. I brought my umbrella so that I wouldn't get wet. I opened the car and put up the umbrella, and I didn't get wet. When I left the store I knew something was wrong I knew I had locked my keys in the car! Corey was at home in the bath and I knew he wouldn't hear the phone. I called my sister-in-law to see if she could help. She said that she would even go and pick up the keys from Corey if I could get a hold of him. So I called Susan back up and and she packed up the kids and came to pick me up. When I got home I told Corey what had happened. I told him that I thought of walking home but then I would have to walk back to the car to get it. Susan was going to drive us back to the car when my Brother got home but Corey decided that he was going to walk to the car to get it. I told him I wanted to watch Survivor so he went by himself. As I sat watching all I thought about was how wet Corey was going to be when he go home because the entire time it was thundering and lightening. He also went out because I was supposed to pick up ice cream but that didn't happen. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

I GUESS WE SHOULD HAVE SEEN IT COMING
This evening when Corey and I were pulling up to our house we saw something on the neighbours lawn, a For Sale sign. I guess we should have saw this coming. Every year since this house was built it has changed owners. We have no idea what is wrong with this house that it has been on the market every year. We believe that the current owners have been in there for less then a year. It will be interesting to see how long it stays on the market and who will be our newest neighbours.

MOTHER'S DAY
So how was your Mother's Day? Did you do anything special for your Mom? I had made plans. I called up my Dad on Wednesday but my Mom answered the phone. I talked to her for awhile and then asked to talk to my Dad. My Mom said that he was sick and could she help me. I said that I needed to talk to him. I told my Dad that my plan was to have a surprise B.B.Q. at their house and we would provide everything. He said that sounded okay. On Friday my Dad called and told me that we were going to have to reschedule as he didn't want to get everyone sick. On Saturday my Mom called to tell me that she had taken my Dad to the hospital Friday night at 10:00. The Doctor's were going to be spending the day doing tests to find out what was wrong. When Corey and I got home from bowling with the Young Marrieds group I called my Mom to see what was going on with my Dad. She told me that he had been dehydrated, when he was re hydrated they found out he has pneumonia and has pericarditis which is an infection around his heart. The odd thing is that a number of years ago my older brother Craig also had pericarditis. As of yet I haven't heard from my Mom today about how he is doing. So, I guess I am going to have to postpone my Mom's special Mother's Day B.B.Q.

UNSPOKEN
I finished another one of the novels that I borrowed from my Grandmother. The book was about a lady named Glee that saved a gorilla from her inexperienced mother, from the zoo that she worked at. She was able to teach the gorilla sign language. After 8 years of raising the gorilla at her house the zoo decided that they wanted to regain custody of the gorilla. The zoo wanted to put the gorilla on display as a public attraction. Glee didn't want to put the gorilla on display, but if she didn't go along with what they wanted she would possibly never be able to see her gorilla again. It was a really good story and if you want to know about the rest of the book you will have to read it for yourself.

GOOD OLD CANANDA POST
I am a little confused by Canada Post and my personal mail. I received an e-mail from Corey's cousin Carrie. She told me that the wedding invitation that she sent me got returned to her. Then today when I got home I had a phone message from my Dentist's office informing me that their reminder postcard got sent back to them. They asked me if we have moved recently I told them no so they read me the mailing address that they used and it was the correct one. Before I picked up Corey from work Harvey and I went to the Post office near our house. They gave us two phone numbers to call. Corey talked to the customer service representative and they said that they will be talking to the supervisor of our area. The worst part of this is that our bills still made it to our mailbox, figure that one out!!
